At Koenig Debt Resolutions I am here to provide personal assistance to help you decide the best course of action to get you back on the path to financial health.
At your free consultation, I will review your circumstances, discuss your bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options, along with the various considerations involved in each, and provide a recommended course of action to resolve your debts and regain control.
I will also carefully review your assets to determine whether they can be protected through a Bankruptcy case and if not, I will explore options which may still allow you to keep assets which may have otherwise been above exemption limits.
If you decide you would like to proceed and an Attorney-Client Agreement is signed, I will take immediate action in your case. If you file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, I will personally take steps to stop all pending wage garnishments, foreclosure actions, auto repossessions, tax levies, lawsuits and creditor threats. For clients who have filed a repayment plan under Chapter 128.21 of the Wisconsin Statutes, I will terminate wage garnishments brought by any of the creditors involved in the repayment plan.
